A core part of therapy is transforming limiting or negative thought patterns that hold you back. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge distorted thinking, replacing it with more balanced and realistic thoughts. This process includes cognitive restructuring, where we examine automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) and reframe them in a way that promotes healthier perspectives. I also teach thought-stopping techniques, where you learn to interrupt unhelpful thoughts and replace them with empowering, positive alternatives. As we work through these techniques, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how your thoughts shape your feelings and behaviors, ultimately empowering you to make lasting cognitive shifts.
